What we collect
The quote form prepares your enquiry in your browser: your name, company, email address or mobile number, delivery region, project type, message and selected items. Preparing or copying a request does not send it to us. We receive it when you send it on WhatsApp or another contact channel, or when an enabled online submission service confirms a recorded request.
How we use it
We use the details you send to reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
When you choose WhatsApp, the message opens in WhatsApp and is sent only when you send it there. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. Copying a request does not submit it to YAKU.
Stored on your device
Your quote list and your catalogue view preference are kept in your browser (local storage) so they are still there when you return. They are not sent to us until you submit a request.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics and marketing scripts load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
