Typical values per carton. Application examples are starting points, not load ratings. Match strap grade, accessory geometry and finish, tool and load conditions, then validate complete-joint performance before use. Availability is on request. Heavier wire for 16 mm (3.5 mm) and 19 mm (4.0 mm) on request.

Strap width is the nominal width of the strap this product fits, not the product’s outside size.

Applications

Galvanized wire buckles are used in matched woven and composite strap systems. Other strap materials require a specifically validated pairing. Zinc coating suitability must be checked against the intended storage and transport conditions.

Typical uses

Pallets and crates
16 and 19 mm buckles with woven strap for daily production.
Timber, plywood and MDF bundles
19 and 25 mm, where bundles settle during loading and transit.
Steel, pipe and cable bundles
25 and 32 mm with 5.0 to 7.0 mm wire for dense, heavy loads.
Marble and stone crates
32 mm with 6.0 or 7.0 mm wire for weight that shifts on the road.
Export crates and sea freight
32 mm galvanized systems for long, humid routes.

Choosing the size

Match nominal strap width, then check wire diameter, geometry, finish and tested joint performance. The 16 mm / 3.5 mm and 19 mm / 4.0 mm variants are on request, with packing data to be confirmed. Wire diameter alone does not establish load capacity.

Galvanized wire buckle

How it is used

  1. Thread

Pass the strap around the load, through the buckle and back through the second slot.

  2. Tension

Pull the free end tight with a cord strap tensioner.

  3. Lock

Release the tool. The load pulls the strap against the crossbar and the joint locks by friction. No seal or crimping tool needed.
