Material & finish
What is the component made from, and which surface finish is required? A galvanized finish and a phosphated finish describe different surfaces. Appearance alone does not establish suitability for a particular environment.
The company behind the component
Our roots are in Turkey. Our work is in the detail. Our next chapter is taking shape in the United Arab Emirates.

YAKU comes from a long-established Turkish manufacturing background. We manufacture buckles, clips and related metal packaging components in Turkey today. As we prepare our UAE opening and plan a local manufacturing facility, that foundation remains central to who we are.
Our story
A new market is the next step in our story. It builds on manufacturing that is already taking place in Turkey.
YAKU’s background is in producing buckles, clips and metal packaging elements. These are modest components with a specific purpose. Their material, form and dimensions influence how they work within a wider packaging system.
That background informs our focus today: metal components, useful product information and a clear understanding of the buyer’s application.
Manufacturing continues in Turkey. The current product range includes galvanized and phosphated wire buckles, sheet metal clips and steel strapping seals, alongside woven and PET strapping options reviewed per enquiry.
The website gives buyers a way to compare nominal strap widths, wire diameters and available packing details before starting a commercial discussion.
We are preparing our opening in the United Arab Emirates. A local manufacturing facility is planned, building on our Turkish production background.
This is a development in progress. Facility details and timing will be shared as the project advances.
A manufacturer’s perspective
A useful specification connects what a component is with how it will be used. These are the questions we encourage buyers to bring to the discussion.
What is the component made from, and which surface finish is required? A galvanized finish and a phosphated finish describe different surfaces. Appearance alone does not establish suitability for a particular environment.
Nominal strap width identifies the strap a component is intended to fit. Wire diameter describes buckle wire; sheet thickness describes a clip or seal. A shared strap width does not make different variants equivalent.
The strap, buckle or seal, tool, application method and load all matter. A component dimension or calculated wire cross-section is not a tested rating for the finished joint.
Part numbers, quantities, packing units and destination make an enquiry more useful. Availability, specifications requiring further checks, lead times and commercial terms are established with the quotation.
How we want to work
Compare like with like. Width, wire diameter, thickness and finish belong in the conversation alongside price.
A component belongs to a joint, a load and a working method. Selection starts with the wider application.
A published catalogue starts the discussion. Specifications and supply arrangements that need further checks are reviewed per enquiry.
International enquiries
We welcome conversations with packaging distributors, procurement teams and industrial users in different markets. Send the component specifications, quantities and destination so we can review your requirement and discuss the supply arrangements.
